As your buyers agent I will  help you  find a house, negotiate the best deal, and close with the least amount of hassle.  As your buyers agent I  have access to all of the usual resources used to find houses, including the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as well as sources not usually accessible to traditional buyers, such as homes for sale by owner. 

Also as your buyers agent I can actually turn the tables on the seller and the sellers agent by digging up facts on the house and the sellers position that can work to the benefit of the buyer. I always try to find out things like the house's past selling price, time on the market, offers received and how much similar houses are selling for and how anxious the seller is to make a deal--information most sellers would like to keep hidden.
