Dave Lodahl,  of Dave Closing Services LLC, is our   Closing Coordinator and Listing Specialist  located in Charlotte, NC. For the past 6 years, Dave has assisted over 300 agents within 5 dozen real estate companies from New Jersey, Virginia, The Carolinas, Georgia to Florida in real estate transactions from listing a property to conducting a house measure to managing a transaction until it closes. 

 

Since 2007 Dave has assisted in over 3000 real estate transactions working with our  clients from contract to close, 
 
Dave's background is in financial planning, loan processing and problem solving and he has a degree in Financial Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
